I'm not a chef, but if that's your product, then I'm betting @jimmy102 would like to see you drafted by the Canadian government and forced to work at the penal-colony bitumen mines he's currently incarcerated in. The slop they feed those poor guys is one of the largest human-rights violations the world has ever seen.
I work in a dormitory. These are the remnants of Saturday brunch. I plated up the leftovers for when they were ready. All the food is prepared and put in the hot table. It cannot sit there for hours and dry out, so I plate it all up into meals they might enjoy. It was done to order, previously. We're trying out different ideas. Since brunch can run for hours, there's no specific time when they will eat.
Some things are still requested outside of the hot table, such as omelettes and fried eggs. I'd like to test out different items on a rotation. We also make wraps with some of the leftovers. Many of the students are foreign, so maybe the entire menu is out...lol...Who knows??
Somewhat for the students, but defintely for the elderly. I offer vegetarian options and gluten free, but also consider diabetic/renal diets. The students have an open fridge full of snacks etc, but the elderly have snacks distributed between meals.

Do you also have to plan out special meals for different dietary restrictions like for vegans or different religious constraints?
