Old GIF I made

i need to redo this using the video editor in Blender. You guys ever do Video editing or Photoshop?

    I use mspaint or KolourPaint. I'd make each frame, save it, then I'd use a hex editor to create the gif header and metadata and then manually put in each frame. No, I wouldn't make up such a ridiculous thing. I totally do that. Stop calling me a liar.
