So no turkey? I'm guessing the turkey thing is tradition just in the US, something about how the Indians saved Columbus and his crew from starving over the winter and then he turned around and massacred them.

How does grading work up there? I got one of these that I need cook up.

  "cook"? You should smoke it, take a old tire out in the backyard fire it up hold it over it for a while and you'll be good to go.
  
  All bullshitting aside there are ways you can do a great job cooking it inside using liquid smoke and other seasonings in your oven.
